Ten Minutes a Day
Support your health and your personal well-being by trying out these exercises. You will notice how good they are for you. The exercises are simple. You can do them alone or with friends. The following components are part of this course:
- Lesson duration: 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes.
- Intensity levels: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3.
- Written text of the exercises and in-depth practice questions and pointers.
- Written handout for you to print out.
The vowels are related to the forces that we associate with the planets. This also gives them a connection to the days of the week. If you practice the exercise sequences on the corresponding days, this will support your inner connection to these forces.

You can also use these exercises in the evening as a way to prepare for the next day. A day starts at 6 p.m. the evening before. It begins to breathe in at 6 p.m. and exhales again beginning at midnight. From six in the morning it breathes in again until noon when it exhales again until 6 p.m. If an entire sequence is too long for you, you can also choose a single exercise from the First Aid Kit.
