With the eurythmy U exercises you learn to stay centered in yourself even in difficult situations, free yourself from entanglement in sympathy and antipathy, and become more open to external circumstances and people. You also strengthen your presence and charisma.                                  

In each of the three sequences we show you variations of an exercise with different aspects and effects. After the individual sequence sections, we have gathered the sequences into combinations. These combined sequences allow you to practice intensively and also offer a different perspective, as they are integrated into each other. You will soon enjoy the positive effects on your well-being.
