Vowels in Action

If you prefer longer practice sessions for each of the vowels and in depth study, these exercises are what you are looking for. You can do them alone or with friends. 

The exercises are simple. By creating the movements from the center of your soul, your heart, they unfold a healing power throughout your organism. You will soon notice how beneficial they are for your health and your personal well-being.

The following components are part of this course:

  • Lesson duration: 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes.
  • In-depth practice questions and pointers.
  • Intensity levels: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, followed by combination sequences for longer practice sessions.
  • Written text of the exercises in every lesson.
  • Written handout for you to print out.
