Seeking the middle
Take a threefold step forwards. Stay upright with the weight placed equally on both feet. Move your weight forwards, then backwards, and then return to the middle. Does the middle feel different? Do the same going backwards. After finding the middle place the weight backwards then forwards and return to the middle.
